 Gwinnett Deputies arrest man wanted in $3 million fraud case

  For Immediate Release:

 Gwinnett Sheriff’s deputies with the Fugitive Unit arrested a man Thursday afternoon wanted out of South Carolina for selling more than $3 million in fraudulent investments to South Carolina residents.

 Robert Dunnell House of Banegher Way in Duluth was arrested at his residence without incident Thursday by Gwinnett deputies.

 He is being held on a Fugitive from Justice Warrant for South Carolina authorities. He was wanted for Fraud Securities/Violation of the Uniform Securities Act.
